Welcome to Finzeno (hereby referred to as "the Application", "App", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. When you use our mobile application, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Please read this privacy notice carefully as it will help you understand what we do with the information that we collect.

- Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Application: Finzeno, the software program provided by Para Commando.
- Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service: The Application.
- Usage Data: Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the App, or otherwise when you contact us.
A. Financial and App Activity Data
As a money tracking application, we process data related to your financial activities that you input into the App. This includes, but is not limited to: transaction amounts, categories, dates, account balances, budgets, and textual notes associated with your financial records. This data is primarily stored locally on your device to ensure functionality. If a cloud sync feature is utilized, this data is securely transmitted and stored.
B. Usage Data
We may automatically collect Usage Data when you use the Service. This may include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system version, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, crashes, error logs, and other diagnostic data.
C. Device Information
We collect information about the mobile device you use to access the App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
4. How We Collect Your Information
We collect information in the following ways:
- Directly from you: Information you provide when using the App's core features (e.g., adding a transaction).
- Automatically: Information collected automatically through your use of the App, such as Usage Data and Device Information.
- From Third Parties: We may receive information about you from third-party partners, such as analytics providers and advertising networks.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. 8. Advertising
Our App incorporates advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data about you to provide targeted advertising. This data may include your IP address, device identifier, and interaction with other apps and websites. By using this App, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. 9. Push Notifications
We use OneSignal to provide push notifications. This service may collect data such as your IP address, device identifier, and location data (if permitted) to ensure notifications are delivered reliably and relevantly. You can opt-out of receiving push notifications at any time by modifying the notification settings at the device level.
10. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze the usage of our App and Firebase Crashlytics to track application crashes and errors. These tools collect anonymized data regarding your interactions with the App, device state at the time of a crash, and performance metrics. This information helps us identify bugs and improve the overall stability and performance of the Service.
11. Data Retention
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Depending on your location (such as the EEA, UK, or California), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

To make such a request, or if you wish to delete your data entirely from our systems, please contact us using the details provided below. Most of your financial data is stored locally on your device; uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data from your device settings will permanently delete this local information.
14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
While the App itself may not use traditional web "cookies," the third-party services we integrate (like AdMob and Google Analytics) may use identifiers on mobile devices (such as Android Advertising ID) and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information. You can manage your advertising preferences through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
15. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
16. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
17. International Data Transfers
Our servers and third-party service providers may be located in various countries. Therefore, your information, including Personal Data, may be processed and stored outside of your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via a prominent notice in the App, and/or update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
