PushMate is a third-party utility tool for developers to manage their push notifications via the OneSignal API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OneSignal. By downloading, installing, or using PushMate, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account: means a unique profile created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
App: refers to PushMate, the software program provided by us.

Important Note: This information is stored strictly locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not transmit this data to our servers, nor do we collect, harvest, or store it remotely.

When you access the App, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

We do not maintain any servers to store your private keys.

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

The App integrates with several third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services operate under their own Privacy Policies:

9. Device Permissions

Since we do not store your API keys or personal data on remote servers, the configuration data you provide is retained locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all locally stored API keys and settings will be permanently deleted.

Data collected by third-party services (like Firebase and AdMob) is retained according to their respective data retention policies.

11. Transfer of Data

Information collected by third-party services (such as Google and Firebase) may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your use of the App represents your agreement to that transfer.

While we do not collect personal data on our servers, any diagnostic or usage data collected by third parties may be disclosed under the following circumstances:

However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

14. Children's Privacy

PushMate is a developer tool and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

15. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your device and location, you have the following controls:

Data Deletion: You can delete all your stored App configurations (API keys, App IDs) directly within the App's settings or by uninstalling the App.
Ad Tracking: You can opt out of personalized ads via your device’s privacy settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android, "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).

16. GDPR Compliance (EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the legal basis for processing your information by our third-party partners (such as Google and OneSignal) includes your consent and legitimate business interests. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data held by these services. You may manage your consent for advertising and analytics directly through your device settings.

17. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
